1. How do I submit the new easy-fill forms?

Once you have completed the easy-fill form, you will be prompted to download the easy-fill form as an accessible PDF. You can then submit the accessible PDF form to the HRTO by email, mail, or courier.

If you do not see the prompt, go into your Downloads to locate the PDF.

2. I had difficulties downloading the completed easy-fill form. What should I do?

If you are having difficulty downloading your completed easy-fill form, try clearing your cache:

Google Chrome / Microsoft Edge / Brave

  1. Click the three dots or three lines menu in the top-right corner.
  2. Select Settings (or Privacy, search, and services in Edge).
  3. Navigate to Privacy and security → Clear browsing data.
  4. Check the box for Cached images and files (you can uncheck browsing history and cookies if you want to keep your logins).
  5. Click Clear data.

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Click the three horizontal lines in the top-right corner and select Settings.
  2. Click Privacy & Security from the left panel.
  3. Scroll down to the Cookies and Site Data section.
  4. Click Clear Data.
  5. Check the box for Cached Web Content and click Clear.

Apple Safari (Mac)

  1. Click Safari in the top menu bar and select Settings (or Preferences).
  2. Go to the Advanced tab and check the box at the very bottom: "Show features for web developers" (or Show Develop menu).
  3. Close the settings window, look at your top menu bar, and click on the newly visible Develop menu.
  4. Click Empty Caches.

PDF versions of the Application and Response forms will remain available upon request from the HRTO at HRTO.Registrar@ontario.ca and can be filled out electronically or printed and completed by hand.
