LTB - Average Days to Hearing and Order Report
This report will show the user the average days from filing to the first hearing date, the average days from the first hearing to the final hearing, the average days from the final hearing to the order and the average days from filing to the final order. This information is broken down by application and also averages all landlord applications against the chosen performance standard, and all tenant applications against the performance standard. This report can be done for one regional office or for the entire province.
