Tribunals Ontario Mandate, Mission, Vision and Values outlines our commitment to deliver administrative justice in a fair, independent, effective and efficient manner.
Mandate
Tribunals Ontario is a group of 12 adjudicative tribunals with a mandate to resolve and decide matters arising from over 60 statutes relating to safety, licensing, property assessment, residential tenancies and social justice.
Mission
Tribunals Ontario will be best in class in the delivery of effective administrative justice through tribunals that are independent, innovative, user-friendly and accessible.
Vision
Providing access to fair and timely justice for all Ontarians.
