Due to a labour disruption at Canada Post, mail services have been impacted at the Licence Appeal Tribunal (LAT).
For Automobile Accident Benefits Service (AABS) applications, parties are encouraged to use the e-File portal.
Applications submitted via email that contain credit card information cannot be accepted, as sending credit card data over email is not secure. To ensure the safety of your information, please use the secure e-File portal for any submissions that require payment.
Other correspondence or documents may be sent using the secure content service and received by courier or by email.
For parties without internet access and who cannot receive correspondence via courier, the LAT may contact them by telephone to assist in relaying essential information.
