Effective November 17, 2024, applicants making electronic payments using debit and credit cards to the Licence Appeal Tribunal – General Service will see the new WORLDLINE logo instead of TD Canada Trust (TD) logo on the payment webpage.

Due to a labour disruption at Canada Post, mail services have been impacted at the Licence Appeal Tribunal. Documents may be sent and delivered through online options such as the e-File portal, by courier or email.

Email

Documents and submissions can be emailed to the LAT-GS at LATRegistrar@ontario.ca.

If you are submitting a Notice of Appeal or Application by email, you must use the online payment portal to pay your filing fee and submit your payment receipt with your Notice of Appeal or Application to LATRegistrar@ontario.ca. Do not submit payment information over email. If you are unable to use the online payment portal, you can submit your appeal or application only by email and the LAT will contact you with payment instructions.

The size of emails to the LAT should not exceed 35 MB. If the size of the electronic materials attached in the email exceed 35 MB, please separate the documents, attach them in multiple emails and then send them.

Staff can provide you with information about the LAT-GS’s processes but they cannot provide information on your or any other case, or legal advice on your or a hypothetical situation.
