Custody Review Board (CRB) Key Performance Indicators Archive
The CRB reviews placement decisions regarding young persons being held in detention or custody and makes recommendations to the Provincial Director regarding the placement of youth.
Tribunals Ontario’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) track the performance of our tribunals in a consistent manner and will be used to continually monitor and improve processes at tribunals. These KPIs are part of Tribunals Ontario’s ongoing commitment to continuous improvement and to ensure that the services we provide meet the needs of our users.

Notes:
- The CRB does not hold hearings, they hold reviews and issue recommendations. As such, they will not be reporting on meeting the hearing event date scheduling target.
- The CRB does not conduct alternative dispute resolution because of the jurisdiction and operations of the tribunal. As such, they will not be reporting on the KPI for the percentage of cases resolved through alternative dispute resolution.
