Methods for Filing

All AABS forms, except for a request for a Summons to a Witness, must be:
  1. served to the other parties named in the application, and
  2. filed with AABS along with a completed Certificate of Service form as proof you have served the other party.
You can file forms with AABS in the following ways:

Note: Documents you submit to the tribunal are available to the public on request subject to limited exceptions.
