If email or online options are not available, parties may also use courier services to send their documents. If you, or a party, are waiting to receive documents from a tribunal, email or a courier may be used.

Legislation

The legislation that applies to the ACRB is the Provincial Animal Welfare Services Act, 2019.

Rules of Practice

Rules of practice are rules that govern procedures at the ACRB.

Effective October 2, 2017, the Licence Appeal Tribunal (LAT), ACRB, and the Fire Safety Commission (FSC) adopted the below Common Rules of Practice and Procedure.

Decisions

Decisions are posted on the Canadian Legal Information Institute (CanLII) website. CanLII is an online platform that offers free public access to tribunal and court decisions.
