Rules of Procedure
There are two parts to the rules that govern the procedures of the Child and Family Services Review Board (CFSRB). Part I is the Social Justice Tribunals Ontario (SJTO) Common Rules and Part II is the CFSRB specific rules. Both parts should be read together.
Most browsers will store (or "cache") documents on the hard drive of your computer so you can access them faster in the future. This feature may mean you are not accessing the most up-to-date version. Clear your cache by holding down the "Ctrl" key and the "F5" key at the same time, or by using Ctrl+Shift+Delete.
SJTO practice directions have been developed to support the SJTO Common Rules of Procedure and provide guidance about what the tribunal expects of the parties and what the parties can expect of the tribunal.
