The HRTO resolves claims of discrimination and harassment brought under the Human Rights Code.

Tribunals Ontario’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) track the performance of our tribunals in a consistent manner and will be used to continually monitor and improve processes at tribunals. These KPIs are part of Tribunals Ontario’s ongoing commitment to continuous improvement and to ensure that the services we provide meet the needs of our users.

  • The HRTO is unable to report on the percentage of hearings scheduled KPI for this fiscal year due to data limitations with their case management system. Solutions are being examined to ensure this KPI can be reported on in the future.
