Tribunals Ontario 2022-2023 Organizational Chart

Tribunals Ontario is led by an Executive Chair, who also assumes the powers, duties and functions legislatively assigned to the chair of each constituent tribunal. The Executive Chair is accountable to the Minister (Attorney General) for the performance of Tribunals Ontario in fulfilling its mandate. The Executive Chair is responsible for 158 Full Time Employment positions (FTEs) and 186 part-time positions.

Tribunals Ontario is also led by an Executive Director, who is responsible for supporting the Executive Chair in the implementation of Tribunal Ontario’s policies and operational decisions. The Executive Director is accountable to the Deputy Attorney General for the management of Tribunals Ontario’s operations. The Executive Director is responsible for 487 FTEs.

Under the leadership of the Executive Chair are: associate chairs, full-time vice chairs, full-time members, part-time vice chairs and part-time members.

Under the leadership of the Executive Director are two Directors of Operations, Director of Strategic Business Services and a Manger of Legal Services and their respective staff.

Tribunals Ontario 2021-2022 Organizational Chart

The Executive Chair is responsible for 155 Full Time Employment positions (FTEs) and 137 part-time positions.

Tribunals Ontario is also led by an Executive Director, who is responsible for supporting the Executive Chair in the implementation of Tribunal Ontario’s policies and operational decisions. The Executive Director is accountable to the Deputy Attorney General for the management of Tribunals Ontario’s operations. The Executive Director is responsible for 477 FTEs.

Under the leadership of the Executive Chair are: associate chairs, full-time vice chairs, full-time members, part-time vice chairs and part-time members.

Under the leadership of the Executive Director are two Directors of Operations, Director of Strategic Business Services and a Manger of Legal Services and their respective staff.

The Executive Director is accountable to the Deputy Attorney General for the management of Tribunals Ontario’s operations. The Executive Chair is responsible for 534 Full Time Employment positions (FTEs).

Tribunals Ontario is also led by an Executive Director, who is responsible for supporting the Executive Chair in the implementation of Tribunal Ontario’s policies and operational decisions. The Executive Director is accountable to the Deputy Attorney General for the management of Tribunals Ontario’s operations. The Executive Chair is responsible for 629 Full Time Employment positions (FTEs).

Under the leadership of the Executive Chair, are the full-time members, full-time vice chairs, associate chairs, part-time vice chairs and part-time members.

Under the leadership of the Executive Director, is the Director of the Environment and Land Division, the Director of the Social Justice Division, the Director of Safety, Licensing Appeals and Standards Division, the Director of Strategic Business Services and the Mangers of Legal Services.
