Due to a labour disruption at Canada Post, mail services have been impacted at some of our tribunals.

Parties are encouraged to use email when submitting documents to the tribunal. Documents may be sent by courier if email is not an option. If you, or a party, are waiting to receive documents from a tribunal, email or a courier may be used.

Rules of Practice

Rules of practice are rules that govern procedures at the FSC.

Effective October 2, 2017, the Licence Appeal Tribunal (LAT), Animal Care Review Board (ACRB), and the FSC adopted Common Rules of Practice and Procedure.

Decisions are posted on the Canadian Legal Information Institute (CanLII) website. CanLII is an online platform that offers free public access to tribunal and court decisions.
