Effective July 1, the Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB) is updating some of its processes, forms and information materials as a result of amendments to the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 introduced through the Fighting Delays, Building Faster Act (Bill 60) and the Helping Homebuyers, Protecting Tenants Act, 2023 (Bill 97).

How to Use Navigate Tribunals Ontario
Navigate Tribunals Ontario will ask you a series of questions about your situation. At some points during your navigation, you may receive an info-sheet with in-depth information about the topic you are exploring. The information will help you decide what to do next. When you are done reading the info-sheet, click “Next” to continue navigating.
At the end of your navigation, you may receive a summary report which shows the pathway you chose and relevant resources.
You can print, email or download info-sheets and summary reports. You also have the option to “Save and Exit” the navigation. You will receive an access code which allows you to leave the navigation, come back and pick up where you left off.
