Important Notice:
Effective March 13, 2020, all front-line counter services are closed to the public until further notice. Please email applications, supporting documentation and case-related submissions to hrto.registrar@ontario.ca. If you submit by mail or courier you will experience processing delays.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, some services at the HRTO may take longer than usual. This includes receiving confirmation of acceptance of filings; serving files, notices and other documents on parties; responses to status updates and other correspondence; scheduling of mediations and hearings; and issuance of decisions. We are doing what we can to minimize these delays.
We are experiencing a high volume of inquiries and response times will be considerably longer than usual. The HRTO is working diligently to action your file as soon as possible. We remain committed to delivering equitable adjudication to Ontarians seeking to access our services.
