Request an accommodation
Accommodations are arrangements that allow everyone to participate fully in the tribunal process, regardless of their abilities. This could include a request for an interpreter, support person or a change in hearing format. Find out how to request an accommodation.
Request a change of hearing format
All tribunals will continue to schedule video, telephone or written proceedings unless a different format is required as an accommodation for an Ontario Human Rights Code-related need, or unless a party can establish that the specified hearing format will result in an unfair hearing.
