Effective November 17, 2024, applicants making electronic payments using debit and credit cards to the Landlord and Tenant Board will see the new WORLDLINE logo instead of TD Canada Trust (TD) logo on the payment webpage.

How to Use Navigate Tribunals Ontario

Navigate Tribunals Ontario will ask you a series of questions about your situation. At some points during your navigation, you may receive an info-sheet with in-depth information about the topic you are exploring. The information will help you decide what to do next. When you are done reading the info-sheet, click “Next” to continue navigating.

At the end of your navigation, you may receive a summary report which shows the pathway you chose and relevant resources.

You can print, email or download info-sheets and summary reports. You also have the option to “Save and Exit” the navigation. You will receive an access code which allows you to leave the navigation, come back and pick up where you left off.
