Change in Child and Family Services Review Board (CFSRB) jurisdiction
On January 1, 2020, Part X (Personal Information) of the Child, Youth and Family Services Act, 2017 came into effect. As a result, the CFSRB no longer has jurisdiction to review complaints about inaccuracies in a children’s aid society file.
