Accommodation during the recruitment process will be provided in accordance with the Human Rights Code.
TO, its boards and tribunals, cannot offer co-op placements for students in paralegal programs.

Staff
Some TO staff track applications from the time the file is received until resolution. They make sure the file is complete, schedule hearings and mediations, respond to inquiries from the parties and provide education and information. Others resolve appeals and applications outside of the hearing process using mediation and other methods of alternate dispute resolution.
Staff also support the organization in areas like finance, human resources, legal services, IT and communications.
