How to submit applications for LAT General Service

Email your applications and appeals, supporting documentation and case-related submissions to, without payment. Do not submit payment information over email. The LAT will contact you with payment instructions. If the electronic materials exceed 35MB, please separate the documents and send them in multiple emails.

Until further notice, the LAT-GS cannot receive materials by fax.

How to submit applications for LAT Automobile Accident Benefits Service

Submit your applications, supporting documentation and case-related submissions by e-File. Applications sent via email cannot be processed.

Until further notice, LAT-AABS cannot receive materials by fax.
