How to submit applications for LAT General Service

Email your applications and appeals, supporting documentation and case-related submissions to LATregistrar@ontario.ca, without payment. Do not submit payment information over email. The LAT will contact you with payment instructions. If the electronic materials exceed 35MB, please separate the documents and send them in multiple emails.

Until further notice, the LAT-GS cannot receive materials by fax.

How to submit applications for LAT Automobile Accident Benefits Service

Submit your applications, supporting documentation and case-related submissions by e-File. Applications sent via email cannot be processed.

How to submit an adjournment request to LAT Automobile Accident Benefits Service

Submit your completed adjournment request form by email to AABSscheduling@ontario.ca. Please note you are not required to include three alternative dates in your adjournment request. The tribunal will reach out to you to canvass new dates if your adjournment request is granted by an adjudicator. Please note that adjournments will be granted sparingly.
