Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB) |
The Landlord and Tenant Board is seeking input on new and revised forms, form instructions and guidelines related to the changes to the RTA in Bill 184 that have not yet come into effect. For a summary of these changes, read the Backgrounder: Upcoming Amendments to the Residential Tenancies Act. Bill 184, which amends the RTA , is now law, and its provisions are not a part of this consultation. The forms posted for consultation are not fillable. Once finalized, the forms will be designed in a fillable format. |
