Important Notice
Due to a labour disruption at Canada Post, mail services have been impacted at some of our tribunals.
Parties are encouraged to use email when submitting documents to the tribunal. Documents may be sent by courier if email is not an option. If you, or a party, are waiting to receive documents from a tribunal, email or a courier may be used.
If you have any questions, please contact the tribunal directly.

Modernization Initiatives:
As part of our modernization initiatives, most applications and documents can be submitted electronically, by mail or courier.
Our in-person service counters will remain closed until further notice. Submitting applications and documents electronically is easy, fast and convenient.
Tribunals Ontario has taken steps to ensure that alternative ways of engaging with its tribunals are available. These include easy to use online information tools, calling our contact centre and using email to communicate with tribunals. Over 60 ServiceOntario locations across Ontario will continue to accept some paper LTB applications.
Request an Accommodation:
All tribunals will continue to schedule video, telephone or written proceedings unless a different format is required as an accommodation for an Ontario Human Rights Code-related need, or unless a party can establish that the specified hearing format will result in an unfair hearing. Request an Accommodation.
Mailing Address:
We continue to accept all applications and documents through mail or courier, but you may experience a delay. If possible, submitting electronically is the fastest way to get your application and documents into our system for processing.
Mail or courier should be addressed to:
