Effective January 1, 2025, the Licence Appeal Tribunal – General Service (LAT-GS) can accept appeals under the Combative Sports Act, 2019 (CSA). Individuals or businesses who apply for a licence or event permit, or who currently hold a licence or event permit, under the CSA can appeal the orders or intended actions by the Commissioner, to the LAT-GS.
