Canada Post Labour Disruption
November 15, 2024
Due to a labour disruption at Canada Post, mail services have been impacted at the Social Benefits Tribunal (SBT). Decisions and Notices of Hearing may be delivered by courier to the parties.
Interim Assistance Orders may be delivered by courier or email.
For parties who are represented, correspondence can be sent and received through their representative via courier or email.
Self-represented parties with access to email are encouraged to submit a Form 10 to consent to the use of email for the sending and receiving of documents.
For other parties who may not have access to email, courier services may be an option.
