Effective July 24, 2026 at 5:00 p,m., all email notifications from the Tribunals Ontario Portal to Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB) applicants, respondents and other parties will only be sent from a new email id – ltbdonotreply@tribunalsontario.ca. The new email id replaces the old one – ltbdonotreply@ontario.ca. Please see our Operational Update to learn about the actions you need to take.

Effective July 1, the Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB) is updating some of its processes, forms and information materials as a result of amendments to the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 introduced through the Fighting Delays, Building Faster Act (Bill 60) and the Helping Homebuyers, Protecting Tenants Act, 2023 (Bill 97).
